Overall, both the service and quality were excellent. If I had to point out one downside, I’d say the assembly process was a bit of a hassle; I actually had to ask my brother-in-law to come over and help me, as he’s more skilled in that area—it turns out I had overestimated my own DIY abilities.

Upon receiving the goods, I inspected them and found no issues except for a few missing hinges. I hope future shipments will be checked more thoroughly. Ultimately, I purchased the hinges locally at a hardware store, and customer service refunded me the corresponding price difference.
