I have no complaints about the service, as it was truly excellent and the customer support was very patient. However, what concerns me most is the shipping time—it was later than I anticipated, leaving me anxiously waiting because we had to complete the project by the end of February. Upon receiving the goods, I inspected them and found no issues except for a few missing hinges. I hope future shipments will be checked more thoroughly. Ultimately, I purchased the hinges locally at a hardware store, and customer service refunded me the corresponding price difference.
I’m very impressed with these cabinets. The wood is solid, the finish is flawless, and the overall design is very functional. They arrived on time and were packaged very carefully. It has made my kitchen renovation so much easier, and I’m thrilled with the results.

She carefully listened to all of our ideas and helped create exactly what we had envisioned. The whole process was smooth and efficient, and she really went above and beyond to assist us. Cora was always friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable, which made the entire experience even better. We couldn’t recommend her more!
I did a lot of research before buying these cabinets, and I’m glad I went with them. They’re solid, well-built, and really easy to clean. For the price, you’re getting a lot of value. I’m happy with the purchase!
I purchased pre-assembled cabinets. Upon delivery, I carefully inspected them and found another cabinet had been bumped. I understand this can happen during truck transport. I contacted customer service, and they promptly offered a solution—which I really appreciated. However, I’m still only giving 4 stars because I believe the packaging and truck delivery process need improvement.
