Shipping and Delivery
General Shipping Policies
Rara RTA Cabinets.com currently ships to the continental United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). We use third-party freight carriers and parcel delivery services. Carriers assume responsibility of the orders while in transit.
Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 Business Days for sample orders, 5-7 Business Days for RTA orders, 10-14 Business Days for pre-assembled orders, but can sometimes ship sooner. Processing time does not include transit time.
Upon confirmation of your order, we will prepare the order and get it ready to ship. In most cases, you will receive the products within 2 weeks. The time in transit will vary based on your location; normally it will take about a week.
Rara RTA Cabinets reserves the right to modify shipping estimates at our discretion to account for changes in rates or fuel costs.
Complimentary Shipping Protection
Rara RTA Cabinets has teamed up with Seel® to provide safe delivery of your packages by protecting them against loss, theft, or damage.
Seel® is a complimentary premium package protection for your order. Seel’s Package Protection is covered by Rara RTA Cabinets so that you can easily file claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages in the unfortunate case that they arise! When you file a claim, it will be reviewed for approval by the Seel team, for a reorder within 24-48 hours or receive compensation.
Receiving Policies
Once your shipment arrives at the final-destination terminal, the third-party carrier will contact you to schedule delivery. If you do not schedule a delivery appointment, the carrier may begin charging storage fees until delivery can be completed. Customers are solely responsible for any storage fees charged by the carrier.
An adult 18+ (you or an authorized representative) must be present to accept and sign for the delivery. Residential delivery is curbside delivery: freight will be dropped at the curb where the driveway meets the street. Drivers will not bring freight into your home or beyond the end of the liftgate. You are responsible for moving all items from the curb into your property. Some shipments—especially those on 8-foot pallets—may not fully fit on a liftgate.
Due to the size and weight of the freight, we strongly recommend having at least one additional adult available to help receive the shipment. If adequate assistance is not available, the carrier may be unable to complete delivery. This may result in re-delivery fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.
The bulk of the products will be cabinets. Cabinets are flat-packed in cardboard boxes and most boxes are no bigger than 28"x44"x6". The boxes will be placed on 4'x4' pallets and we generally stack them to 72" or less.
Smaller-sized items that do not require a freight shipment will be shipped as loose packages via UPS or FedEx.
- Make a notation of any damage and/or shortages on the delivery receipt with a representative from the carrier present before accepting the order, but do not refuse the order. This helps the claims process and allows us to replace damaged items more quickly. If the order is refused, the buyer will be responsible for applicable freight charges to and from the destination.
- Please inspect the shipment immediately before accepting the order. Photos are not required, but are recommended for your personal records and safety in the rare event that a freight claim needs to be filed.
- Before signing, verify that all items on your shipment have been received. Reminder – You may have multiple shipments on your order based on the mix of products. If you ordered any trim or accessories, please be aware that it might be coming as a “loose”, separately packaged carton and be shipped via UPS or FedEx. Please review your tracking email for a list of the items that shipped.
- You are responsible for opening and inspecting the entire order within 72 hours. For orders NOT COVERED by package protection, please submit the corresponding photos or videos as evidence within 72 hours of receipt for a claim. However, for orders COVERED by package protection, you have up to 30 Days to file claims for concealed damage/missing items.
- Damaged or defective product must NOT be assembled or installed. Assembly or installation equates to buyer’s acceptance of the item.
If you are unsatisfied with the product in any way we do accept returns under the following return policy guidelines:
- All returns will need to be authorized by Rara RTA Cabinets cabinets prior to return shipment. For authorization, please click here to email authorization request.
- Returns must be received by Rara RTA Cabinets cabinets within 30 days of purchase.
- All items returned in original, unopened packaging will incur a 25% restocking fee.
- Modified or assembled products are not eligible for return.
- The customer is responsible for setting up all return shipments.
- Any returned product which is deemed un-sellable will not receive credit.
- When the returned item(s) are received, the value of the returned items minus applicable restocking fees and shipping fees will be credited back once our Returns Department has completed processing the request (usually within 2 weeks). If the original shipment received free shipping, the credit will be issued minus the actual shipping charges paid by Rara RTA Cabinets cabinets.
- We will not process any returns if the product returned is missing or incomplete from the original shipment.
- We cannot accept returns on any Pre-Assembled cabinets or pieces of trim (this includes all types of moulding, toe kick, plywood panels, and etc.).

If there is any damage or missing items upon delivery, the order will need to be accepted by the customer. Please do not reject any items.

- PLEASE NOTE: You must include images of the damage along with your Claim Ticket for quality control purposes and to ensure the correct replacement parts are shipped. For claims in regards to missing items where photos of damages are not applicable, please include a photo of your packing slip. Upon receipt of the ticket, our Replacements department will send a confirmation email within 48 hours and proceed to ship replacements/parts as soon as possible. Please allow up to 10 business days for your replacement to be processed.
- Customer must receive product in accordance with our shipping and receiving policy, and may be required to submit information verifying the claim. These policies are set by our freight carriers, so failure to comply will result in loss of compensation for the customer.
Claims Instructions:
- Damaged or defective product must NOT be assembled or installed. Assembly or installation equates to buyer’s acceptance of the item.
- The claim must then be reported by email to us by submitting a claim ticket through our website. Claims must be made within 72 HOURS. Pictures are required to file a claim.
- Any concealed damage (damage found after opening packages) claims must be noted immediately upon unpacking cabinets. Once the cabinets are assembled in any way, we cannot replace damaged cabinets. If the claim is approved, only the piece damaged will be replaced. Refunds will not be given for damaged product.
- If there is a mistake with your order, please email our Order department at logistics@rarartacabinets.com with your order number, buyer’s name, shipping address and a brief description of the mistake. We will respond with a confirmation email and we will proceed to remedy the error as soon as possible.
- Claim Submission Period: For orders with shipping protection, you have 30 DAYS to file a claim; for orders without shipping protection, you have 72 HOURS to file a claim.

The thing I liked most was the flexibility with cabinet sizes. Our kitchen layout was awkward because of windows and an angled wall, so finding stock cabinets that fit correctly was difficult. The design assistance helped us maximize storage without the kitchen feeling crowded. I also appreciated that the tall pantry cabinets actually come in a true deeper storage configuration instead of the shallow style some companies offer.

I ordered a vanity and linen cabinet set for a master bathroom remodel. The color was slightly warmer in person compared to my monitor, but thankfully it ended up matching our tile better than expected. Assembly took some patience, especially aligning the doors, but after adjusting everything the final look came out really nice. We’ve gotten several compliments from guests already.

I spent way too many late nights researching cabinet companies before ordering these. Reviews online are all over the place for almost every cabinet supplier, so I was prepared for problems honestly. Thankfully the experience ended up being pretty smooth overall. Delivery was on time, packaging was decent, and installation went without major surprises.
The biggest compliment I can give is that the cabinets don’t feel “cheap” once installed. The finish has texture, the doors are consistent, and the soft-close hardware feels solid. Even our installer asked where we bought them because he assumed they came from a local custom shop.

We renovated both the kitchen and the entryway at the same time, so storage and organization were our top priorities. The tall cabinets have made a huge difference. Now we finally have enough space to store cleaning supplies, small appliances, and extra items from the pantry, and the whole space looks anything but cluttered.
The finish on the cabinets is both durable and easy to wipe down, which was especially important to us. I also love that the doors are thicker and sturdier than those on the cabinets we replaced.

Our contractor originally wanted us to order custom cabinetry locally, but the pricing was honestly hard to justify for our budget. We found this company online and decided to compare samples first. The sample doors actually helped a lot because we were trying to match existing flooring and island colors. The final kitchen turned out cleaner and more high-end looking than we expected.
I will say communication occasionally slowed down during the shipping stage, which made me nervous, but once the freight company scheduled delivery, everything moved smoothly. Most cabinets arrived in excellent condition. We only needed one replacement shelf due to shipping damage. Customer service handled it without much hassle.

After getting quotes locally that were completely out of our budget, we decided to take a chance ordering cabinets online. I expected decent quality, but I honestly didn’t expect them to look this good once everything was installed. The paint finish was smooth, the doors lined up well, and the soft-close drawers feel solid. We’ve already had several friends ask where we bought them because the kitchen looks much more expensive than it actually was. There were two damaged panels during shipping, but replacements were handled faster than I expected. Overall, pretty satisfied with the experience.
