From ordering samples to completing the installation, the overall experience was straightforward. There were a few decisions to work through, but we’re very happy with how the kitchen turned out.
I had several questions before placing the order and never felt rushed into buying. The representative explained the options clearly and helped me understand what I actually needed.
We assembled and installed most of the cabinets ourselves over a weekend. It took some patience, but the pieces fit together well and the finished result was worth the work.
One small piece was damaged in transit, but customer service handled it without making the process difficult. We sent a photo, and they arranged a replacement for us.
We ordered a sample before choosing the cabinet color, and I’m glad we did. The finished kitchen looks exactly how we pictured it, and the color works beautifully with our countertops.
