I keep handbags and folded sweaters on the open shelves, and it’s made me realize how many things I forgot I owned before. Everything is easier to see now instead of being stacked behind something else.
The lighting was one of those things I almost skipped to save a little money. After using the closet for a few weeks, I’m glad I didn’t. It’s much easier to tell dark clothes apart in the morning.
The vanity itself turned out great. Shipping was a few days slower than the original estimate, but everything arrived safely and we were able to move forward once it got here.
We added an outlet close to the vanity during the remodel and I’m really glad we did. My electric toothbrush and shaver can stay right where I use them instead of charging across the bathroom.
The best part for me is not having everything thrown into one basket under the sink anymore. Makeup is in one drawer, hair stuff is in another, and I can actually find things before work without digging around.
