The base cabinets feel very solid now that everything is installed. We were worried they might feel lightweight because they came flat packed, but that hasn’t been the case at all.
The doors needed a little tweaking after the countertop was installed and everything settled into place. It was an easy adjustment, and the reveals look even now.
The assembly itself wasn’t difficult, but checking that each cabinet stayed square took a little extra time. It was worth doing carefully because installation went much smoother afterward.
We added a drawer base next to the range and it has been one of the most useful parts of the layout. Pots, lids, and cooking tools are finally right where we need them.
We ordered a sample door before committing to the full kitchen, and I’m glad we did. It made it much easier to compare the finish with our flooring and countertop at home.
